Short lived torrential downpours, inadequate with definite water vessels

Korea is no exception from that. The research work done by Meteorological Administration also backs the phenomena up by proving that the annual average precipitation of over 80mm rainfall increased as 11 days longer from 20 to 31 during past 50 years (1954~2003). This tendency is expected to be much more accelerated within 21st century.

Tendency of a high concentration of precipitation like this eventually makes the water resource management harder. In other words, if it rains not in dispersion but concentration way for short term, you can hardly store the rainwater. In the long run, climate change has thrown a difficult and exacting problem to solve on us. Actually the abnormal changes of weather of the globe come in stage of rather usual phenomenon now. The water shortage crisis may be serious enough to cause wars. From this crucial matter of national security, the measure to cope with is needed urgently, for all of us.
