As a warning for the unexpected accident during the constructions, the HQ installs 'Integrated Water Pollution Prevention Center' to respond actively to them. About the muddy water problem which would be caused by a series of the construction process, we have already the countermeasures as follows: double anti-muddy water filters, keeping distances between dredgers at least 2 km, inhalation-type dredge and so forth.
