What could be anticipated after the national project (Hidrovia) is done?

When the Paraguay-Parana waterway project is done, it isanticipated that logistics costs will be reduced and vigorously  expedite exportation of Paraguayan agricultural products to other countries. We are currently export meat, bean, lumber, sesame and many more. Our population is merely 5 million. However, food products can afford for 50 million people in the world. That number is equivalent to the population of South Korea. In this project, we welcome the participation of Korean government and companies. To utilize the waterways, it seems to be necessary barges. And concerning to the ship building area, we are already in consultation with Korean companies.
