The 15 UNSGAB conference, signed on MOU with WCC

The 15 UNSGAB Conferences was helded in Hotel Shilla during November 29 to December 1. N-Water is a mechanism of the United Nations, endorsed in 2003 for the follow-up process of the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development. This Organization strengthens coordination and coherence among UN agencies that work on all aspects of freshwater and sanitation. With Dutch Prince of William Alexander as committeeperson, and HAN Seung-Su, the ex-prime minister of South Korea joined as a member. In this conference, Louis Pochon, chairperson of WCC took part in, and signed on MOU about Green Growth with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (with K-Water and Green Growth Committee) in Samcheonggak, Seoul. Meanwhile, SHIM Myeong-Phil, the head of Office of National River Restoration announced presentation about the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project, at the first day, November 29, 2010.
