Field Experience on the Four Rivers

"A thousand hearings are not worth one seeing", a field experience made us nod on the project
Public people visited the construction sites. Those who were curious about what is going on the rivers came to relieve anxiety, after they looked around and heard explanation from field officials with gaining sympathy on the project.
