The era of climate change with repeated extreme floods and droughts already has begun

Earthquakes in Haiti and Chile, the worst ever heavy snow and cold waves in China and Eastern U.S., and unseasonable flood swept in Kenya and Portugal. Currently the whole global village is suffering from climate change. Korea is no exception. The Eastern Asia including the Korean Peninsula is forecasted to gain 3 degree raise of temperature and much more unusual weather phenomena like flood and drought.
