Extending wetlands, Sandy bars in preservation in Reviving Biodiversity

Wetlands serve as the kidney of our land. They do great roles of filtering contaminating substances before its flow to the big rivers as well as function of basis for healthy species diversity. There is nobody who doesn't know that. However, some says, "Wetland will be damaged and sand bars will be swept away because of the Project." Well, to state the conclusion first, the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project makes more wetlands than ever before, and recreates new sandy fields with preserving the existing ones. It is biosphere restoration project.
