Chungbuk Prov., begins construction on waterways restoration the Geum River

Among the Han·Geum River Restoration & Main Stream Improvement as a series of the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project, the undertakings allocated to the municipality of Chungbuk Province for 2010 were started all together. The constructions which broke ground this year are as follows: Zone 8(Chungju 2 Area), Zone 15(Jecheon Area), Zone 16 of Han River(Byeolgok Area) in the Han River aquatic system; Zone 8-1(Decheong 1 Area) in Geum River aquatic system, hence total 4 ground points of constructions. These projects are to be invested KRW 60,600 million for constructions, KRW 30,800 million for compensation and KRW 6,900 million for miscellaneous. Total KRW 98,300 are scheduled to be allocated.
