Public hearings held for local residents regarding adjustment of water management level at Haman Weir in Gyeongnam Province With respect to Haman reservoir which raises worry of flood because of rise of underground water management level. On January 20, 2010, K-water held public hearings in Changnyeong-gun and Haman-gun in Gyeongnam Province where Haman weir has direct influences and explained to them "if the water level of Haman weir is dropped down from 7.5m to 5m, the size of land to be affected will reduce from 14㎢ to 0.7㎢ which is quite negligible."
