Today, the whole the world is fluctuating from abnormal climate change. What circumstances are going on in Paraguay?

Since we have many rivers, inundation or flood is a frequent thing. On the other side, two years ago we suffered from severe drought. However, we still take all the changes as natural phenomena. Regarding the preparation for the climate change, we don’t have concrete measures yet.
