Authority should have focused on water quality improvement

Twenty seven professors and graduate school students who had attended inter Korea-Mongolia regular seminar between Seoul National University and Mongolian University of Science & Technology visited artificial wetland park in the Gyeongan Stream and construction site of the Ipo Weir on the Han River 3 Area in July 2nd.

The visitor group, constituted of 18 (Construction Environment Engineering Dept., SNU; Prof. KIM Jae-Yeong), 7 (Civil Engineering & Construction, MUST) and 2 researchers of SNU, was attended to update the present status of the project and had time of Q&A in the promotional pavilion on the site. They took a visit on the Paldang Water Quality Improvement Office and Wetland Park in the downstream of the Gyeongan Stream, and attended session for Creation of Riparian Area. The most attendees in that day generally focus on their opinion. That is, "Hopefully it should give major importance on the water quality improvement."
