Collegiate panel of the Supreme Court (presiding judge – LEE Yong-Hun, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court/ chief judge – LEE Hong-Hun, Chief Justice) also dismissed the request for suspension of execution that Mr. Gyeong and 6179 litigants filed a caveat against implementation of the two projects, like at the previous appeal court. “Even though some cannot continue cultivating on riverside farmland, it is hard not to conclude that it pertains to irretrievable damage.” Therefore, the possibility of similar verdict for the similar cases pending in local courts has risen.
